Use Rates

Foliar Application

Soybeans:

Apply 1–2 quarts of Micro Power with 10–20 gallons of water per acre at V3 to R4.

Corn:

Apply 1–2 quarts of Micro Power with 10–20 gallons of water per acre at V3 through tasseling.

Wheat:

Apply 1–2 quarts of Micro Power with 10–20 gallons of water per acre throughout the growing season.

Fruits and Vegetables:

Micro Power can be used at 1–2 quarts as part of a regular spray program.

  • Photosynthesis

  • Formation of compounds required for plant metabolism

Manganese Deficiency

Look for:

  • Interveinal chlorosis
  • Brown necrotic spots on leaves
  • Delayed maturity
  • Whitish-gray spots on leaves of some cereal crops

The Role of Molybdenum

  • Important for fixating nitrogen with legumes
  • Benefits soils that are slightly acidic (pH 5.5–6)

Molybdenum Deficiency

Look for:

  • Plants that are mottled
  • Leaf cupping
  • Grey tinting
  • Flaccid leaves
  • Legumes that develop pale green leaves
